Make a 600 × 600 image

Upload a photo and keep the preset width and height. Crop creates exactly 600 × 600 pixels by keeping the centre and trimming excess from the edges. Select Prepare Image to see the result, then download. Choose Fit instead to keep every edge; it may produce a non-square result within the box.

Start with enough original detail

A source at least 600 pixels across the crop area will give a clearer result. Enlarging a smaller picture creates the requested pixel count, but cannot recover detail that was never in the original.

Exact pixels and a file-size limit

The preset preserves exact dimensions. You can add a maximum file size, but UploadMint will not quietly shrink your square to meet it. Enable smaller dimensions only if your destination permits them.

Your image stays with you

UploadMint processes supported images in your browser. Your image is not uploaded to a processing server, and no account is needed. Closing the page clears the working image.

Good to know

Does 600 × 600 guarantee an acceptable application photo?

No. Pixel dimensions alone do not establish acceptance. Your destination may also specify file size, format, background, framing and image content. Check its current instructions and inspect the crop before submitting.

Can a 300 × 300 image become 600 × 600?

Yes, the tool can enlarge it, but adding pixels cannot recreate missing detail. Use a larger original when available, especially for faces or text that must remain clear.
